Technical Helpdesk Engineer
Paranaque City (NCR, Philippines)Responsibilities:
• Responsible for 1st level support via remote.
• Troubleshooting in MS office application.
• Email configuration (MS Outlook)
• Resetting / unlocking user's account.
• Software / Driver installation.
• Basic troubleshooting on Internet connectivity.
• Basic network configuration and internet.
• Mapping shared drives and network printers.
Requirements:
• Graduate of BS IT / IS discipline or equivalent.
• With 6 months to 1 years experience in service desk / technical desk support.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Outlook 97, 2000, 2003 and above.
• Knowledgeable in MS Windows OS and Office suite of product.
• Customer focus, with exceptionally good customer service, inter-personal and telephony skills sets.
• Process oriented.
• Able to perform in fast moving and demanding environment.
• Able to multi-task.
• Team player who is self-motivated, self-disciplined and initiative.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
